Defective product. What can you do about it?
Hello, I'm William and I use your wraps for making food for my customers (nature tour guiding). I'm buying around 30 packs of 12 big wraps per week.
I bought a batch of packs recently and all of them were sort of glued together, unusable.
This didn't look so good if from of my clients.
I'm wondering what can be done on your side to compensate this defective products. We're talking about at least 4 packs but I haven't opened the others yet!
